Stir-fried cabbage
Overview
Today is the wedding anniversary of my father-in-law and mother-in-law. I originally wanted to make braised pork in the evening, but the two of them decided to keep in good health and eat vegetarian dishes at night. We happened to have half a cabbage at home, so let’s stir-fry it!

Wash and cut half a cabbage into large pieces and set aside

Chop onions and garlic and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions and garlic

Once fragrant, add the cabbage and stir-fry quickly

Before serving, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of salt and stir-fry evenly

Done, let’s eat two bowls of rice porridge!
