My father bought some semi-finished spiced tenderloins from the vegetable market, and he just happened to stir-fry a home-cooked dish with the celery at home.

Cut dried tofu into thick slices

Cut celery into thick slices

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok and heat it until it is 70% hot. Fry the tenderloin until cooked, take it out and set aside

Pour in the dried beans and stir-fry

Pour in the celery and stir-fry

Add a little salt, MSG, and a little water

Cover and simmer for a few minutes
