Two steamed buns steamed by myself

Cut the steamed buns into slices about one centimeter thick

Prepare a clean plate, pour half a bowl of water and add a teaspoon of salt

Heat oil in a pan, dip both sides of the steamed bun slices in salt water, and fry over low heat

Fry for four minutes, flip and cook on both sides, and it's ready to serve.
