Dorayaki
Overview
I have used baking soda and baking powder, and I feel that the dorayaki made with baking powder tastes better. I also make the red bean paste for Dorayaki myself. Sometimes I don’t need to weigh the grams when making Dorayaki. I can still make Dorayaki because I have made Dorayaki many times.

Drawing expressions with ketchup makes it even cuter. We, a family of three, each drew an expression. Haha, we couldn’t bear to eat it.
