Prepare the ingredients;

Soften the butter, add the caster sugar and stir evenly;

Add peanut butter and stir evenly to form a paste;

Sift together low-gluten flour, baking powder and salt;

Pour into the oil paste and rub it into coarse sand with your hands;

Mix the egg liquid, light cream and milk evenly into the basin and stir evenly;

Add cocoa beans and knead with your hands to form a dough;

Take out the dough and roll it into a large round piece 1 cm thick;

Use a round cookie cutter to cut out small discs;

Place into a baking pan and brush the surface with egg wash;

Place in the middle rack of the oven preheated to 170 degrees and heat up and down for about 20 minutes;
