Plum beans (picked and washed)

Rock sugar

Peel and wash the taro.

Place on the cutting board and cut.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the chopped taro and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and rock sugar to taste and bring to a boil until the taro is cooked and soft.
