Grilled Chicken Salad
Overview
This salad is a Western version of Chinese sauces. It uses braised sauce and sweet and sour sauce respectively. The mixture tastes quite good. It’s a new level of deliciousness haha~

Prepare materials

Remove the bones and skin from the chicken legs

Add chicken thighs to braised sauce, minced garlic, pepper and salt, mix well and marinate for half an hour

Add a small amount of olive oil to the baking pan, add the chicken legs and fry them briefly, then brush them with honey and some water

Sprinkle a little pepper seasoning

Select the grill button in the oven to preheat the upper and lower heat to 200 degrees, put in the chicken legs and bake for 25 minutes

While the chicken is roasting, shred the carrots, cucumbers, and onions, and cut the coriander into sections

Add some water to the sweet and sour sauce and turn off the heat, add olive oil, squeeze in lemon juice and mix well

Pour into the shredded vegetables and mix well

Cut the grilled chicken and place it on the salad

Just squeeze in some lemon juice and it’s done
