Fried pork skewers

Slice the pork into strips, add a little salt and light soy starch and mix well

Grab the meat strips evenly and set aside, and prepare the bamboo skewers for threading

After threading the skewers, shake off excess starch

Add oil to the pot

After the oil is hot, add the meat skewers. When frying the meat skewers, separate the bamboo skewers back and forth to prevent them from sticking~
