Peach Jam
Overview
In the past, when making jam, the fruit was beaten into a paste and then fried. This time, the peach was cut into pieces directly, retaining the pulp fiber of the peach. The jam made was very delicious when chewed in the mouth, with a grainy texture and a little bit of chewiness. Peach has the functions of beautifying the skin, clearing the stomach, moistening the lungs, and eliminating phlegm. Its protein content is twice as high as apples and grapes, and seven times more than pears. Its iron content is three times more than apples, and five times more than pears. It is known as the queen of fruits and is rich in many vitamins, among which vitamin C is the highest.
