Lotus cauliflower fried cake
Overview
In the past, making fried pancakes was troublesome. You had to pan the pancakes yourself, cut the pancakes into thin strips, add vegetables and then fry them, which was a waste of time. But things are different now. Supermarkets sell pre-cut biscuits, which is very convenient. Most of the pancakes bought by people from the northwest like to make soaked mutton, but I prefer fried pancakes, especially fried vegetarian pancakes. Over time, it has almost become my family's private dish.
