Overview
I never thought I could learn to bake cakes, but just because I joined the food world, I was tempted. Haha... This is my first time touching an oven! This is a smiling cupcake, my mother said (in our hometown, as long as the cake is cracked, it is said to be a laughing cake. I baked 6 in total, and the smiles of each one are the same. They represent my mood. Happy! Just after it was cooled and served, my 20-month-old son rushed to eat the cake I made. It was a suffocating feeling of happiness! It is really simple, everyone can do it! Believe in yourself and you will succeed!

Egg yolks and egg whites are placed in separate containers without any moisture. Add 40 grams of sugar to the egg yolks and stir, add milk and oil, and stir evenly with a mixer!

Beat the egg whites and add 30 grams of white sugar in three batches (this step of adding sugar can be added according to personal preference, it is not certain). During this period, add an appropriate amount of lemon juice to remove the fishy smell and beat the egg whites better. (If you don’t have lemon juice, use white vinegar.) The whipped egg whites are like butter, and the bowl won’t fall when you turn it upside down!

Then add the egg whites to the egg yolks in 3 batches. Do not stir in circles, only stir up and down.

Stir evenly, then pour it into paper cups. The amount I have is just enough for 6 cups

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 5 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes.
