Tear the cauliflower into small florets, clean and drain.

Slice the garlic and cut the dry red pepper into sections. Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the wok. When it is eighty-point hot, add the peppercorns and garlic slices in turn and stir-fry until the aroma is released, then add the pepper segments.
