【Blueberry Yogurt Mousse】
Overview
Blueberry yogurt mousse, this is Shixin’s favorite cake, highly recommended. The rich yogurt flavor, coupled with the delicate light cream, has an extremely creamy texture, making every bite a pleasure. Regarding the recipe of yogurt, Shixin has posted several times before. If you are not sure, you can move on. If you don’t have homemade yogurt, you can also buy plain yogurt sold in supermarkets. If health is aside, it will have no impact on this mousse.

Add melted butter to 100 grams of chopped Oreos and stir evenly.

Pour into a square or round mousse ring (the mousse ring is placed on the cake base in advance), press tightly, and place in the refrigerator to chill for about an hour. Then mix the gelatine powder with ice water and mix well and set aside to melt.

Pour the yogurt into the eggbeater, mix well and set aside

Take 250 grams of whipping cream and add 18 grams of caster sugar and beat until texture appears.

Pour into the yogurt and mix well.

Add melted gelatine and mix evenly to form a yogurt mousse paste.

Take out the chilled cake base and pour half of the mousse batter first.

Sprinkle with remaining 30 g Oreo cookie crumbs.

Pour in the remaining half of the mousse paste and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

After unmoulding, whip the remaining 100 grams of whipping cream, decorate with flowers, and garnish with blueberries.
