Wash the toon buds and blanch them in boiling water for two minutes until the color turns dark green.

Heat oil in a pan, break up the eggs and fry until cooked, set aside.

Pour the oil back into the pot, add the Chinese toon, sprinkle with salt, stir-fry for a while, add the eggs, stir well and remove from the pot. Just fry the Chinese toon for three to two minutes, as it has already been blanched.
