After eating too much big fish and meat, porridge, side dishes, and refreshing salads will naturally become people's top choices. However, salad dressings are particularly high in calories. Therefore, using yogurt instead of salad dressing is a good choice. Yogurt contains more calcium and is easier for digestion and absorption. But using yogurt to make salads also has disadvantages: yogurt is semi-solid and has poor ability to wrap food.
