There was leftover rice and two eggs. I only took one

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and add a little salt

Stir the egg yolks a little, put the rice into the egg yolks and stir evenly

Put a little cooking oil in the pot, heat it up, add the egg whites, stir-fry until mature, then put it in a bowl and set aside (I have read other friends’ recipes and don’t use the egg whites after they are separated. I personally think it is a bit wasteful, so I just fry them)

Put a little cooking oil in the pot, heat it up, put the rice wrapped in egg yolk into the pot, stir-fry until cooked, pour in the reserved egg white, you can add chicken essence or not
