Separate egg whites and yolks (I made double the amount)

Add 20 grams of sugar to the egg yolks and stir to melt

Add milk and oil and mix well

Divide half of the egg yolk paste into cocoa powder and mix into cocoa paste

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and add 30 grams of white sugar in three batches to beat

Take half of the beaten egg whites and white egg yolk paste and mix well

Mix the remaining half of the beaten egg whites with the cocoa yolk paste and mix well

Pour the batter alternately into the six-inch hollow mold

Place the flat surface into the oven and heat the middle and lower racks of the preheated oven to 140 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes
