Original cake
Overview
Making the cake is actually very simple. I only used 3 eggs for three people, added some flour and milk, and it only took about half an hour from the beginning to the time it was baked. The cake is soft and sweet, and paired with a glass of milk, it is a perfect energy breakfast that you will never tire of eating.

Prepare all the ingredients, 3 eggs, choose large and fresh eggs, the cake mix can be sifted in advance.

Add 20g milk, 15g salad oil, and 10g sugar to the egg yolks, stir evenly, and stir thoroughly until emulsified.

Sift in the cake flour and mix evenly. If you don’t have cake flour, you can use ordinary flour, but you cannot use high-gluten flour. Remember to chop and mix rather than stir.

Add salt to the egg whites and beat with lemon juice. When the egg whites form rough foam, add an appropriate amount of sugar and continue beating. Add the remaining sugar in three batches and beat until complete.

Add the whipped meringue to the egg yolk liquid in three batches and mix evenly in a zigzag pattern. Remember to cut and mix rather than stir.

Because the quantity is relatively small, it is more convenient to make cup cakes. You can just throw the cup away after eating, which saves trouble.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 5 minutes and bake on the middle shelf for 20 minutes. My oven only takes 20 minutes to bake. Depending on the oven brand, you have to adjust the temperature and time yourself. If you use a rice cooker, just use the steam function.
