Cut off the head and tail of the snow peas and remove the tendons, cut the sausage into diagonal slices, cut the potatoes into narrow slices, and slice the garlic.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add garlic slices and sausage slices. Oil will come out when the sausage is fried thoroughly, so add less oil

Stir-fry the sausage until it changes color and add potato slices

Lightly fry potatoes for a few times and add snow peas

When the snow peas change color, add a spoonful of soy sauce and lower the heat. If the pot is too dry, add a little water
