Five willow eggs
Overview
Wuliu Egg is a traditional Cantonese dish, also known as Wuliu Fried Egg. The restaurant makes this dish with a lot of oil, and more than a dozen eggs are put into the pot together to make a sound, hence the name Wuliu Fried Egg.

The five vegetables are ready and the eggs are ready. Available at Wuliu Vegetable Market.

Cut out some of the five willow vegetables. In another small bowl, add 1 tsp of tomato paste, a little sugar, vinegar and starch, add some water and mix well.

Heat the pot, add more oil, heat the oil, and crack in the eggs. Let it fry into shape.

Use a spatula to turn over and let it fry for a while.

Sprinkle the five-leaf vegetables on top. The five-leaf vegetables can be eaten immediately after opening the bottle. Do not fry them in the pot for a long time.

Pour in the water starch you just prepared and bring to a boil.
