People of my mother’s generation always have a special attachment to sweet potato noodles and corn noodles. In fact, these whole grains are not only good for health, but also taste good when cooked correctly, without any rough taste at all. Today's milky corn cake was an accidental attempt and I found that the girl likes it very much. After that, I made two improvements. I changed the ratio of corn flour and white flour and added milk. The unique sweetness and deliciousness cannot be stopped.

The ratio of corn flour to white flour is 1:1 (or 1:1.5). After two comparisons, it was found that this ratio produces a sweeter taste without the astringency of corn flour. Then add egg liquid, milk, sugar, and yeast powder in order to dissolve with warm boiled water in advance, and stir evenly to form a batter.

Stir to this level, not too thin, and then put it in a warm place for 20 minutes. I put it on the radiator.

Pour oil into the pan and spoon in the batter to form round pancakes. If there is a mold, it will be neater and more beautiful.
