Stir-fried green vegetables with bean cake
Overview
Soybean cakes and stir-fried vegetables are a northern dish. Many places don’t sell bean cakes, so it’s hard to find them. I like to eat it very much in my hometown. It is crispy after deep-frying and very fragrant when stir-fried with green vegetables.

Wash the small green vegetables and set aside

Pour the bean cakes in water for a while and drain the water

Heat the vegetable oil and put in the bean cakes. Fry until the surface is slightly brown and take it out. Pour out the oil from the pan and leave a little for frying the vegetables

Stir-fry the vegetables for one minute, add the fried bean cakes, add salt, stir-fry for one minute and remove
