Borscht—the “secret recipe” for improving poor appetite
Overview
As the weather gets hotter, babies will intermittently not like to eat. If you want your babies to have a better appetite, super mothers need to use their brains and hands more. Today I’m going to make a classic borscht soup. Why is it called borscht soup? I also don’t understand why this soup is called Borscht? Everyone calls it that. The nutritional value of borscht soup can be said to be the best among soups. It is rich in ingredients, high in nutrients, and the taste is very attractive. Traditional borscht is relatively rich and contains many ingredients that are not suitable for babies. Yuzi’s mother has improved it, making it suitable for babies and easy to operate!

Steps
-
The ingredients are all here.
-
Peel tomatoes in hot water and cut into cubes.
-
Cut the beef into cubes, add a spoonful of cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes. Dice potatoes, carrots, and onions.
-
Pour a little oil into the pot, fry the beef for a while, and take it out when it changes color. Locks moisture in.
-
Put 2 pieces of ginger in the pot, stir-fry for a few times, add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add diced onions and stir-fry.
-
Then add the diced tomatoes and fry.
-
Add 100 grams of tomato paste and stir-fry evenly, then add water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil. (The tomato sauce here has no additives~)
-
Pour in the fried beef cubes, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for another 10 minutes.
-
No need for extra seasoning, just as it is. It tastes so delicious, goes with rice and soup~~~
-
You can also add noodles, wontons, and gnocchi to it!

For babies who can't eat beef cubes yet, make them into puree. If there is less water, eat the paste, and if there is more water, drink the soup.
