Prepare the beef.

Cut the beef into large pieces about 0.5cm thick, fluff it with the back of a knife, and cut into large pieces.

Pour in some Orleans sauce and wine.

Pick it up with your hands and marinate overnight.

Lift the pan, add butter, fry the steak for 40 seconds, turn over, and fry for another 40 seconds, until the steak is 7 minutes cooked.

Remove from pot and plate.

Paired with red wine, perfect!
