Freshly brewed silky yogurt

In the hot summer, my favorite food is frozen food, which makes me feel cool from the bottom of my heart. Yogurt is a good choice. I have tried several brands of yoghurt bacteria powder, and the most ideal one at present is Puze’s probiotic nine-bacteria powder. The yogurt made is particularly thick and smooth. Of course, if you add whipped cream when making yogurt, it will be smoother. Add your favorite seasonal fruits to the prepared yogurt, mix well and taste it. It will be as frozen as ice cream, so enjoyable~

Start by sterilizing all containers with boiling water.

Pour 1 liter of pure milk.

Then pour in 100 grams of blue windmill whipping cream.

Add another 110 grams of caster sugar.

Stir slowly until the sugar is completely dissolved, which may take a few minutes.

Then add 1 gram of probiotic powder (1 small packet is one gram) and stir gently clockwise for about 30 seconds.

Put the blended milk into 4 separate containers and one large container.

Put it into the yogurt machine and pour warm water of about 40 degrees into the gap.

Cover and ferment for 8 to 9 hours.

Eat hot immediately after cooking.

Or you can put it in the refrigerator to passivate for 2 hours before eating it. You can mix and match the fruit as you like.
