Chop the ribs into pieces, soak them in clean water to remove the blood and drain. Change the water several times in between.

Stir 3 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of honey into a sauce.

Pour the sauce into the pork ribs and mix evenly with your hands.

Place in a sealed plastic container and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and place the ribs on tin foil.

Cover with tin foil, pinch the sides tightly, and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey to the soup for marinating the ribs and stir evenly.

Take out the roasted ribs, tear off the tin foil, pour out the roasted soup, brush a layer of honey sauce on the ribs and bake in the oven at 250 degrees for about 5 minutes. Take it out and turn it over, brush it with a layer of honey sauce and continue baking for about 5 minutes.
