Put oil in the pot and fry until both sides are golden brown. Cover the pot when it is first put out of the pot, so that the water vapor will simmer the shredded potatoes quickly. After one side is browned, turn it over. Do not cover the pot at this time, otherwise the newly browned side will become soft and affect the crispy texture

After taking it out of the pot, cut it into 4 pieces. If there is too much oil, cover it with oil-absorbing paper to absorb the oil.
