The little bear squeezes the bread
Overview
When making the bear bread, it feels a bit like playing with clay dolls as a child. It is extremely fun. When the finished product comes out of the oven, there are rows of cute bears, handsome boys and beauties, and I am instantly adorable.

Ingredients
Steps
-
For the post-greasing method, add the liquid first, then put all the bread ingredients except butter into the bread machine, and start the dough mixing process until it ends.
-
After the dough mixing process is completed, add room temperature softened butter, and then restart the dough mixing process until it is finished.
-
Let the dough rise in a bread machine until it doubles in size.
-
Take out the fermented dough and flatten it to deflate.
-
First divide 32 grams of dough and 20 grams of dough, 32 grams for ears and 20 grams for hands and feet.
-
Divide the remaining dough into two parts, add 2 grams of red yeast rice powder to one part and knead it into a pink dough. Reserve another 10 grams of white dough for making bow ties later.
-
Divide the two colored doughs into 8 portions, cover tightly and let rest for 10 minutes.
-
After 10 minutes, roll the two-color dough into a round shape and place it into an 8-inch baking pan as shown. Put it in the oven, start the fermentation function, put a bowl of warm water and the bread dough to ferment for 30 minutes until doubled in size. (If it is a non-stick baking pan, grease it with oil)
-
Take advantage of the fermentation time to make the bear's hands, feet and ears. Take 32 grams of dough and divide it into 16 small pieces. Roll into small strips and connect the two ends to form the bear ears.
-
Take out the second dough dough, stick some water on the ears and place them on both white ends as shown.
-
Then divide another 20g portion of dough into 20 portions and roll into small balls to make the bear's hands and feet.
-
Then arrange the small balls into the red dough as shown.
-
Roll out the reserved 10 grams of white dough thinly, cut into four small pieces, and pinch the middle to form a bow.
-
Finally, arrange the bow ties into the red dough as shown in the picture. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
-
Place the bread base into the middle rack of the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
After the bread has cooled, use melted chocolate or a chocolate pen to draw the outline of the bear.
