Crab ball soup
Overview
If you have time on the weekend, you can eat some exquisite meals. If you like soup, it is easy to make meatball soup. It would be very troublesome to make meatballs by yourself. The hairy crabs my mother bought from the Su Xie Ge specialty store were delicious, but there were too many, so we picked out a few crabs. We decided to pick out the crab meat, make crab balls, and cook soup. Let’s take a look at the process

Take out the crab meat from Su Xiege hairy crabs, wash the crab meat, put it on a clean cloth and gently press to remove excess water, then chop it into coarse paste.

Mix the squid pulp and the ingredients of step 1 evenly. Add all the seasonings in Step 2 and mix evenly, then beat hard for a few times until gluten appears. Form into a round ball with your hands, put it into a boiling pot and cook until it's done.

Slice the cucumber and blanch it together with the chopped green onions. Add the crab balls, add water and bring to a boil. Crack the eggs directly into the soup. After one minute, turn off the heat and remove from the pot
