Grilled pork belly
Overview
Today I tried grilling pork belly for the first time. I baked it with a base. The fat from the roasted pork belly flows to the bottom of the baking pan and soaks in the vegetables. The ingredients in the base release steam. The grilled pork belly is fat but not greasy. It is tender and delicious, especially suitable for the elderly and children!
