Mix 50g oil, 50g milk and 10g sugar

Sift in 80g of low-gluten flour and mix well, then add egg yolk and mix well

Spread a layer of oil paper on a baking sheet, place it in a preheated oven, lower the heat to 140 degrees, and bake at 150 degrees for 30 minutes

Cover the baked cake with a layer of parchment paper, turn it upside down, tear off the parchment paper while it's hot, and spread the chocolate sauce (chocolate melts in water)
