Apple soy milk
Overview
The sudden idea overturned all previous impressions about soy milk. Then I discovered that among the expanded functions of soymilk machines nowadays, dry beans, wet beans, grains, rice cereal, cold juice drinks, and mung bean paste do not include fruit and vegetable soymilk. It seems that fruits have always been eaten raw or juiced, and they are also used to boil sugar water. I have never seen or heard of them being put into soy milk. Now, this sudden idea has opened up a new way of eating soy milk. The weather is getting colder, the temperature has dropped sharply, and raw and cold fruits look even colder. Apple is said to be the fruit that is least afraid of being eaten ripe. Eating it raw relieves constipation, while eating it cooked seems to improve diarrhea? I don’t know what kind of apple this is. It looks good, but after eating a handful, it doesn’t have too much water content, nor is it sweet enough, so it becomes a slow-selling product. Simply make it into a pot with soybeans and eat some pectin dietary fiber, and those vitamins that are sensitive to heat are not supplied by this apple. Apple soy milk actually doesn't have much apple flavor, the flavor of beans is overwhelming. What the apples bring is just a little bit of sweetness.
