This time I was lucky enough to try the famous Shacha King, which is sweet, spicy, fresh and fragrant. It can be used for noodles, dipping sauces, stir-fries, and hot pots. This time I decided to try the braised golden pomfret, which is shiny in color and rich in sauce. It goes very well with a bowl of hot white rice.

Wash the golden pomfret, cut into small pieces and marinate with salt for 10 minutes.
