Overview
King oyster mushrooms and chicken thighs absorb the tomato juice and taste good. Because the tomatoes will release water after adding salt, there will be a lot of juice, which is quite appetizing when used with rice and noodles!

Remove the bones from the chicken legs and cut into small pieces. Add salt, oil, sugar and light soy sauce to marinate.
