Mix the dough with boiling water until it becomes a very soft dough, about the same softness and hardness as an earlobe. Apply oil on the surface, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for half a day

Cut the rested dough into two-thirds fist-sized pieces and grease the surface with oil

Take a piece of dough and roll it flat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and a little salt

Make two cuts on each side

Turn back

Fold into a circle

Roll it into thin slices and put it in an electric pan to bake until cooked. Turn over high heat and be careful not to dry it out. As long as it's cooked.

Cut into pieces and serve.
