1. 1 Blanch the required meat and wash the vegetables

3. 3 Heat the pot

   

4. 4 Drain oil

   

5. 5 Put the meat first

   

6. 6 Add vegetables and stir-fry

   

7. 7 Add seasoning

   

8. 8 Take out of the pot

   

9. 9 Served with a bowl of rice
