Ingredients
Steps
-
You can use any part of the chicken, I used large wings cut into cubes. Marinate the meat, a capful of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of salt and black peppercorns, and a little soy sauce (I gave less, more will make the color look better)
-
Marinate for half an hour
-
Soak the pineapple in salt water and cut the green and red pepper into small pieces and set aside.
-
Add the marinated chicken to a pan with a little oil, fry until it changes color and add water to boil.
-
Sauté the green and red peppers in a little oil for a minute. Add the pineapple and stir-fry. Halfway through, I found there were still beans in the refrigerator, so I added a little more.
-
Add the freshly cooked chicken and stir-fry to reduce the juice.

I like this dish so much, it’s very appetizing~
-
Must give it a try
-
I learned this dish from the Hakka people, but it’s hard to eat this dish outside. I finished eating the roasted chicken with pineapple, but I didn’t even touch the other dish~

See you next time.
