Onion-flavored pork floss rolls
Overview
The pork floss I made some time ago was frozen in the refrigerator and has not been eaten. In order not to waste, I made some meat floss rolls and added minced green onions and sesame seeds. They tasted very fragrant!

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except pork floss, black sesame seeds, and salad dressing into the bread machine. Repeat the normal bread function 3 times and knead the dough for a total of 30 minutes.
-
Knead the dough until it expands and wait for fermentation.
-
Let the dough rise to 2.5 times in size.
-
Take out the dough and roll it out repeatedly with a rolling pin.
-
Roll out to the size of a baking pan, line the baking pan with oiled paper, put the bread dough into the baking pan, brush the surface with egg yolk liquid, sprinkle with sesame seeds and minced green onions, and wait for the second fermentation.
-
After the bread dough has risen to 1.5 times thicker again, use a fork to prick some holes to prevent it from puffing up during baking.
-
Put a plate of boiling water at the bottom of the oven, put the baking sheet into the middle of the oven, preheat the oven to 165 degrees, turn the heat up and down, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
-
Place the toasted bread upside down on a cutting board and let dry until warm.
-
Then make a few cuts horizontally, first apply a layer of salad dressing, and then apply the meat floss.
-
After rolling up, wrap it in oil paper and leave it for 30 minutes.
-
Cut into sections, spread salad dressing on both ends of the cuts, and dip in meat floss.
-
Delicious bread rolls.
