Please go vegetarian on Monday - a dish without a name
Overview
This is the first time I have seen such a big white mushroom. When I brought it back from the market, it was because it was such a fat white spirit mushroom. It was obviously covered in mushroom clothing but exuded the smell of meat. So I used the simplest method, slowly frying it over low heat, and paired it with a simple sauce. The soft mushrooms were full of texture.

Mix the braised pork soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, and the oil soaked in the gallinome mushrooms until thoroughly combined.

Wash the white mushrooms and flatten the bottom stems. The diagonal knife can also be used below.

It's white and fat, like dough and bread, but not like mushrooms. It's fried from top to bottom until golden brown.

Add the prepared sauce and fry slowly over low heat for a while. Finally, thicken the sauce and pour it over the mushrooms. You can put whatever side dishes you like, but I’m not very good at plate presentation haha~
