Mango and hawthorn milk tofu
Overview
After making milk tofu with colostrum, I found that it goes well with many ingredients, especially with fruits, which is really amazing! Today I used it with mango and hawthorn. The milk tofu does not add any sugar. It relies on the sweetness of the fruit itself and the sweetness and sourness of the hawthorn cake to balance the taste. The sweetness and sourness are full of milky aroma. It is a really enjoyable dessert

Take some of the sugar osmanthus pickled by yourself

Add hawthorn sauce and mix well and set aside.

Steamed milk tofu with colostrum, take a piece and trim it into cubes
