Double pepper winter melon
Overview
The small winter melon has been stored in my pantry for almost a month. It has not gone bad, but it is a little soft when I hold it. I added it with two peppers and fried it.

Peel the small winter melon and cut into thin slices.

Cut red and green peppers into sections.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the boiler, add red and green peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the winter melon slices and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until soft, add salt to taste and serve.
