Fresh yellow peaches are ready.

Peel, core and cut into the shape you like. You can cut it in half or change it into small flaps like me. Soak it in light salt water for five minutes.

Remove the yellow peaches from the light salt water, put them into a cooking pot, and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Add water covering two-thirds of the yellow peach and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for ten minutes. After cooking, turn off heat, add lemon juice, stir evenly, and let cool.

The container is ready, cooked and sterilized in advance, and the moisture is controlled.

After cooling, put the yellow peaches into a container and put it in the refrigerator to chill before eating.
