Overview

Making strawberry jam is really easy! Compared to the bought ones, zero additions, more delicious! It’s really not a boast, because you can control the sweetness yourself and it doesn’t taste greasy. I made two bottles this time and originally planned to give one to my child’s aunt. Unexpectedly, I made it last night and only one bottle was left at noon today! The kids almost ate it as a snack 😁

  1. Soak the strawberries in salt water for ten minutes, wash, remove the stems and cut into small pieces.

  4. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer over low heat. Keep stirring, the further you go, the more frequently you stir to prevent the bottom from sticking. The cooking time is about 25 minutes, depending on whether you like it thick or thin.

  5. It’s done! Let cool, seal in a clean glass bottle, and store in the refrigerator for a week. If it exceeds it, it will become bad.
