Taro cut into cubes

Heat the oil in a pan, place a single piece into the pan and fry lightly for 2 minutes

Place oil-absorbing paper on a plate and remove the taro pieces

Prepare a steamer and steam it under cold water for 15 minutes

After steaming, the fragrance overflows

Add oil to the wok, add the taro cubes, stir-fry for a while and then add the sugar
