Vegetable fried bacon
Overview
If you like meat and vegetable dishes with a lot of oil to go with the ingredients, you can remove the oil and combine the meat and vegetables without having to cook an extra dish~

Preparation materials: cut bacon into sections, shred celery and carrots, finely chop millet, salt and light soy sauce

Stir-fry the bacon over medium-low heat to get as much oil out of the bacon as possible (the fat part of the bacon I bought in the United States accounts for half, so I need to stir-fry out as much fat as possible~ But there is turkey bacon, which is all lean.)

I stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add celery, shredded carrots and millet, turn to high heat and sauté for a minute.

Add salt and appropriate amount of light soy sauce, stir well and serve.
