  1. Add a little water to the meat filling and stir well, then add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and starch and mix evenly.

  2. Soak the mushrooms in water, and reserve the water for soaking the mushrooms.

  3. Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms.

  4. Spread the meat filling inside the mushrooms one by one.

  5. After the steamer is steamed, put the stuffed mushrooms into high heat and steam for ten minutes.

  6. After steaming, take it out and pour the water in the plate into another iron pot.

  7. Add the water in which the mushrooms were soaked before. After boiling, add a little salt and chicken essence, then pour in the water starch and stir to form a paste.

  8. Pour the thin paste over the stuffed mushrooms.
