romaine lettuce, about 350g

Wash and drain

Garlic minced

Heat oil until 30%, then reduce heat to low, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

After the minced garlic turns slightly yellow, add the carrots and stir-fry until short, add the lettuce, increase the heat and stir-fry until 8 minutes cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt and a little soy sauce (just to enhance the freshness)
