Edible hawthorn flowers

Edible hawthorn flowers

Overview

I recently bought a lot of hawthorns and made hawthorn rolls, cyclamen flowers, hawthorn fillings, and now I have made hawthorn flowers with beautiful colors, uniform thickness, and hawthorn rolls. Eating them after meals helps digestion.

Steps

  1. Wash the hawthorn repeatedly, boil it in a pot for 3 to 5 minutes, let it cool, then easily remove the stems and bottom, and then remove the hawthorn core. Put the hawthorn into a food processor, add an appropriate amount of water and blend into a puree.

  3. The water content is getting less and less, and it is more viscous. The scraper is used to extract the slag mud until it becomes chamfered and drips.

  4. Let the hawthorn mud cool and then use this scraper to smear it on the back table (my table top is made of stainless steel) and let it sit for a day.
