  1. Spread the tortillas on the bottom, wash the lettuce and place it on one end.

  2. One egg is fried in the pan, two will do too!

  3. Fried eggs placed on top of lettuce.

  4. Add tomato sauce. If you like spicy food, you can add chili sauce or Laoganma.

  5. Roll up and cut into sections for easy eating. If you are in a hurry to go to work, just put a complete one in a plastic bag and go out, and you can eat it on the go!

  6. Arrange on the plate, add a carton of milk, and breakfast is done.
