Don’t weigh all the ingredients. Add water to the old noodles and mix well

Just knead the dough like this. Leave to ferment in a warm place for one hour

Wait for fermentation time. First soak some brown rice in boiling water.

Divide the risen dough into four parts. Press a few times. Stretch into a long strip and add brown rice. Then roll it up.

Place in a warm place to ferment for half an hour. Just put it in the steamer for fifteen minutes. I steamed it in the rice cooker haha 😄
